- 1 pack Tegel Take Outs Cheesy Nacho Pieces
- 12 slider buns
For the pickled pink onions:
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 lime, juiced
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
For the guacamole:
- 2 medium avocados
- ½ cup fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 green jalapeño, finely chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 3 tablespoons very finely chopped white onion
Method:
- To make the pink pickled onion, add the finely sliced red onion to a jar or bowl. Add the lime juice, vinegar and oregano and season with salt & pepper. Toss to combine. Then cover and place in the fridge for at least an hour.
- Cook the Cheesy Nacho Pieces in the oven or air fryer as per packet instructions.
- While the chicken is cooking, add all the guacamole ingredients to a bowl and mash to combine. Season with salt.
- Lightly toast the slider buns in the oven before assembling with the guacamole, Cheesy Nacho Pieces and pickled pink onions.
