Classic Chicken Take Out Burger with not-so-secret special sauce

Ingredients:

Tegel Free Range Take Outs Louisiana Style Burgers 600g SHOP WITH MENUAID

For the special sauce: 

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon gherkin juice
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon grated white onion
  • ½ teaspoon chilli flakes
  • ½ teaspoon salt

For the burgers:

  • 4 brioche burger buns
  • 4 Tegel Take Outs Louisiana Chicken Burgers
  • ½ cup crinkle cut gherkins
  • 2 cups slaw
  • 4 slices cheese

Method:

1. Place all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mix to combine.

2. Cook the Louisiana Burgers as per packet instructions.

3. Lightly butter the buns and toast until lightly golden.

4. To assemble, spread a spoonful of sauce on the bottom of each bun, top with the Louisiana Burger, a slice of cheese, a handful of slaw and a few pickles. Spread the remaining sauce on the top of the buns and place on top. Serve immediately.
