Cook the Louisiana Burgers and hashbrowns in the oven or air fryer as per packet instructions.
While the tenders and hashbrowns are cooking, grill the bacon for 8 – 10 minutes in a hot pan, until crisp and golden. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Using the same pan, fry the eggs over medium heat to desired doneness - about 4 to 5 minutes for runny yolks.
Slice the croissants lengthways and toast in the oven to warm for 3-4 mins or until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
To assemble the croissant burgers, add a dollop of hollandaise to the bottom half of the croissants. Top with a slice of cheese, burger, hashbrown, bacon, another slice of cheese and a fried egg. Spread the top half of the croissants with more hollandaise and sandwich on top. Dig in!
