
Five Ingredient Teriyaki Chicken

Tegel Free Range Fresh Chicken Skinless Breast
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 Tegel Free Range Fresh Chicken Skinless Breast, diced into bite sized cubes
Method
- Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, the garlic and ginger into a bowl and mix to combine. Add the chicken, season with salt & pepper and toss to coat.
- Add a splash of oil to a large fry pan over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken on both sides for a minute until golden – don't worry about cooking it completely as it will finish cooking in the sauce.
- Add the remaining soy sauce and brown sugar to the pan and simmer for a few minutes, stirring until the sauce has reduced and thickened - this will take around 7 minutes. Serve immediately.
