Combine the mayonnaise, BBQ sauce and hot sauce in a small bowl and mix to combine. Set aside.
Cook the Louisiana Burgers as per the packet instructions.
While the burgers are in the oven, pan fry the bacon in a large fry pan over medium heat. Cook the bacon until browned and crisp – about 8 minutes. Transfer onto paper towels to drain.
Toast the muffins.
While the muffins are toasting, fry the eggs over medium heat to desired doneness - about 4 to 5 minutes for runny yolks.
Spread the bottom of each muffin with 1 Tbsp of tomato chutney. Top with a slice of cheese, a Louisiana Burger, 2 slices of bacon & a fried egg. Spread the BBQ mayo on the English muffin tops and sandwich together.
