1 red onion, sliced in rings (try pickling your onion for extra zing!)
Cook the Louisiana Burgers as per packet instructions.
Grill pineapple over a medium high heat for 4 minutes each side, until the pineapple has started to caramelise.
Lightly butter the buns and toast until lightly golden.
To assemble, spread a tablespoon of mayo on each bun base, top with the Louisiana Burger, a grilled pineapple ring, a handful of lettuce and a few red onion rings. Spread the remaining mayo on the top of the buns and place on top. Serve immediately.
