Method

  1. Cook the Louisiana Burgers in the oven or air fryer as per packet instructions.

  2. While the chicken is cooking, grill the bacon rashers for 8 – 10 minutes in a hot pan, until crisp and golden. Set aside.

  3. To assemble the sandos, spread four pieces of bread with half of the mayonnaise, then top with lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, and cooked burger. Spread the remaining four slices of bread with the remaining mayonnaise and place on top. Serve immediately.
