Cook the Nashville Burgers in the oven or air fryer as per packet instructions.
While the chicken is cooking, add all the ingredients for the mustard mayo to a bowl and mix to combine. Season with salt & pepper.
Cook the bacon in a frypan for 8 – 10 minutes until perfectly golden and crispy.
Lightly toast the buns then assemble the burgers by spreading a generous spoonful of sauce over the bottom buns. Top with the lettuce, the Nashville Burger, a slice of cheese, 2 rashers of crispy bacon and 2 slices of tomato. Spread the top buns with more sauce and sandwich on top. Dig in!
