Method:
- Cook the Louisiana Burgers in the oven or air fryer as per packet instructions.
- While the chicken is cooking, sauté the red onion until golden and caramelised.
- Butter the brioche buns and lightly toast them under the grill or in a hot pan.
- Cut the two cheese wheels in half through the middle so that you have 4 rounds of cheese.
- When the chicken has finished cooking, place a round of cheese on top of each burger (cut side up) and return to the oven for about 4 minutes, until the cheese has started to melt.
- Assemble the burgers by piling a handful of baby spinach on the bottom buns, top with the caramelised onions, Louisiana Burgers and melted brie. Finish with a drizzle of cranberry sauce and sandwich on the top bun! Ho ho ho!
