Ingredients

for quick guac:

  • ½ avocado
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 ½ avocados
  • ½ handful large coriander
  • 1 handful large coriander
  • 1 ½ handfuls large coriander
  • ½ Tbsp jalapeno brine
  • 1 Tbsp jalapeno brine
  • 1 ½ Tbsp jalapenos brine
  • 1 Tbsp jalapeno
  • 2 Tbsp jalapenos
  • 3 Tbsp jalapenos
  • ½ juice of a lime
  • 1 juice of a lime
  • 1 ½ juice of a limes
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ⅜ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
  • ½ cup red onion, diced
  • ¾ cup red onion, diced
  • ⅛ capsicum, diced
  • ¼ capsicum, diced
  • ⅜ capsicum, diced

Method

  1. Cook the Nashville Burgers in the oven or air fryer as per packet instructions.

  2. While the chicken is cooking, make the guac by adding the avocado, jalapeƱo brine, jalapeƱos, coriander, lime juice and salt to a bowl and mash with a fork. Fold through the capsicum and red onion.

  3. Lightly toast the buns then assemble the burgers. Spread a generous spoonful of salsa over the bottom buns, then place a Nashville Burger on top, a slice of cheese, and pile on the guac and corn chips. Spread the top buns with more salsa and sandwich on top. Dig in!
