Cook the Louisiana Burgers in the oven or air fryer as per packet instructions.
While the chicken is cooking, sauté the red onion until golden and caramelised.
Butter the brioche buns and lightly toast them under the grill or in a hot pan.
Cut the two cheese wheels in half through the middle so that you have 4 rounds of cheese.
When the chicken has finished cooking, place a round of cheese on top of each burger (cut side up) and return to the oven for about 4 minutes, until the cheese has started to melt.
Assemble the burgers by piling a handful of baby spinach on the bottom buns, top with the caramelised onions, Louisiana Burgers and melted brie. Finish with a drizzle of cranberry sauce and sandwich on the top bun! Ho ho ho!
