Nashville BLT Burger

Ingredients:

Tegel Free Range Take Outs Nashville Style Burger 600g
  • 4 x Tegel Take Outs Nashville Burgers
  • 4 x burger buns
  • 8 x rashers bacon
  • 4 slices burger cheese
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into 8 slices
  • 4 large leaves of ruffled lettuce 

For the ranch:

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar

Method:

  1. Cook the Nashville Burgers in the oven or air fryer as per packet instructions.
  2. While the chicken is cooking, add all the ingredients for the mustard mayo to a bowl and mix to combine. Season with salt & pepper.
  3. Cook the bacon in a frypan for 8 – 10 minutes until perfectly golden and crispy.
  4. Lightly toast the buns then assemble the burgers by spreading a generous spoonful of sauce over the bottom buns. Top with the lettuce, the Nashville Burger, a slice of cheese, 2 rashers of crispy bacon and 2 slices of tomato. Spread the top buns with more sauce and sandwich on top. Dig in!
